The Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston Tuition Assistance Program is available through the FACTS management application and used to determine the financial needs of our families.
Applications are available for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade.
The Tuition Assistance Fund does not pay Registration and/or Student Academic Fees.
2025-2026 Tuition Assistance Timeline
FACTS Tuition Assistance applications open December 1 for the subsequent school year.
Applications will not be considered complete and cannot be reviewed until all required documentation listed below has been submitted to FACTS:

DEADLINE for ROUND 1: February 7, 2025 All required documentation must be uploaded to FACTS and application must be in "verified" or "DNF-Do Not File" status.
Award notification e-mails will be sent out the week of March 3rd.
DEADLINE for ROUND 2: June 23, 2025 All required documentation must be uploaded to FACTS and application must be in "verified" or "DNF-Do Not File" status.
Award notification e-mails will be sent out at the week of July 21st.

ACE Tuition Assistance Program
Applications are available for Kindergarten through 8th Grade students. The application must be complete and submitted for all current awarded scholars to remain on scholarship, and all new applicants must submit a complete application with all required taxable and nontaxable documentation to be considered for an award. We only accept applications submitted via the ACE application in FACTS and are only able to review complete applications. Applications deadline is on April 15th. Applications are not able to be submitted after the 11:59 p.m. deadline.
