I am honored to be the principal of St. Mary Magdalene. I have been in the Education field for approximately 15 years. My resume brings experience, dedication, and knowledge. I have had the opportunity to be a teacher in Aldine ISD, Principal at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School, Dean of Students and Athletic Director for Northwoods Catholic School, Principal of Assumption Catholic School, and Vice Principal, Counselor and Athletic Coach for St. Anthony of Padua in the Woodlands.
My overall philosophy is to educate not only the mind, but the spirit as well. Total formation of a child is essential not only to prepare them for the world but also to create true Disciples of Christ. I have several goals and visions of success that I bring to St. Mary Magdalene to not only provide support to the staff and students but to enrich the entire community. This begins with treating our school as a culture of family, not a business, and ensuring the school has a strong and distinct Catholic identity in the visual and the actual culture.
I was educated at St. Edward’s University and Prairie View A&M with degrees in Business Management, Education and Counseling. I live in the Kingwood area and feel blessed to be a part of the St. Mary Magdalene School Community.
