Lunch Program
We are pleased to inform everyone that this year’s lunch
program is off to a fabulous start.
How gratifying to view a plate practically licked
clean by a hungry student?
Some of the hungriest ones even took seconds.
Remember if a student finishes their meal and is
still hungry, they may have seconds of the side items.
The reviews are in…we have a hit.
Copies of the menu will be sent home monthly.

Mary Magdalene has a catered hot lunch program for $3.00 a
day which includes a choice of milk or juice.
A menu will be sent home each month. Each morning a
lunch count is taken by
9:00 AM
. If your child will be late and needs a lunch, you
must notify the office by
9:00 AM
. You may have your child pay in cash or with a
prepaid lunch ticket.
Envelopes are provided in the school office for you
to easily purchase lunch tickets.
You may pay in cash or by check made out to
“Crown Catering”.
Parents
must purchase lunch tickets in increments of 10 lunches
for a total of $30.00 in advance.
Parents will be notified when the students have one
lunch and zero remaining lunches on their lunch ticket so
that a new lunch ticket may be purchased.
If a student has zero remaining lunches, they will
be offered a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and milk. A
hot tray lunch is offered daily. Students have a choice of
a daily entrée or hot dog, vegetable, fruit and milk or
juice. In addition, milk, juice and ice cream are
available for purchase with cash.
If
the student forgets his/her lunch at home, the parents may
bring the lunch to the office. Parents are not permitted
to go directly to the room or the cafeteria. If parents
would like to drop off a lunch or eat lunch with their
child, they must first sign in at the office and get a
visitor’s badge.
