This Week’s Content

Science: We are studying Chapter 7 Waves. We will begin our review for the final exam next week and the Final will be on Wednesday 12-17-08. We will begin the New Year with Sound and Light.

Algebra I: Linear Equations and SLOPE! We will cover chapter 5 which deals with slope, slope intercept and point-slope form. We will learn there are many ways to rewrite the standard equation for a line. We will be taking the Chapter 5 test on Wednesday 12-10-08 and then the Final Review begins. The Math final will be on Friday 12-19-08. The New Year will begin with studying Inequalities and Systems of equations.

I WILL HAVE HSPT TUTORING SESSIONS ON TUESDAYS FROM 3:30 to 4:15. Students should bring their books.

Regular Algebra tutoring will continue to be on Wednesday mornings from 7:30 am
